Family Medicine Lead APP

CaroMont Medical Group, an affiliate of CaroMont Health, is offering a Full-Time opportunity for an experienced Advanced Practice Provider. This is an employed position with our Family Medicine department in Gaston County, North Carolina.

Job description for the Family Medicine Lead APP role is as follows:

+ The APP lead will be a Nurse Practitioner or a Physician Assistant with proven leadership skills and excellent clinical acumen who will work closely with the Family Medicine leadership team to further the goals of the organization.

+ Will report directly to the Medical Director.

+ Positively impact the overall culture of the clinic through an exemplary work ethic and embracing our CARES values.

+ Facilitate communication between the provider staff, clinical staff and leadership to help ensure smooth running of the day-to-day operations of the Primary Care clinics.

+ Engage in strategic planning, setting goals and continuous process improvement for the clinic.

+ Assist in the hands-on implementation of new processes, workflows and standards as designated by the leadership team.

+ Assist in onboarding new providers, providing mentoring and familiarizing them with the clinic operations
