RWJBH is seeking a Radiology Operations Manager for its outpatient RWJUH Morris Cancer Center

Qualifications:

Required:

+ Bachelor's degree

+ Minimum of 3 or more years of experience in healthcare leadership and operations

+ Certified in any imaging modality,

Certifications and Licenses Required:

+ Certification in any imaging modality

Scheduling Requirements:

+ Days to work

+ Full-Time schedule

+ 40 hours/week

Essential Functions:

+ The Radiology Operations Manager oversees the day-to-day operations of RWJUH Morris Cancer Center

+ Responsibilities include managing staff, ensuring efficient workflow, coordinating schedules, and implementing quality control measures,

+ Strong organizational and leadership skills are essential,

+ Knowledge of radiology equipment, regulations, and administrative tasks is also required,
