Description We are seeking a Sr. Accountant for our team in Oakland, California. This role is integral to our team's success as it involves handling customer applications, ensuring accurate records, and resolving inquiries. Additionally, the Sr. Accountant will monitor customer accounts and take necessary actions.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately and efficiently process customer credit applications

• Keep customer credit records updated and precise

• Handle customer inquiries and resolve them in a timely manner

• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate actions as needed

• Leverage CPA and public accounting skills to enhance the financial operations

• Utilize the Workday system for financial reporting and operations

• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations

• Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth financial operations

• Engage in continuous learning and development to stay abreast of accounting best practices

• Contribute to the team's success by sharing knowledge and expertise in accounting. Requirements • Must hold a valid CPA (Certified Public Accountant) license.

• Prior experience in Public Accounting is necessary.

• Proficiency in using Workday financial management software is required.

• Ability to analyze financial data and prepare financial reports.

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and standards.

• Proven experience in preparing and presenting financial statements.

• Demonstrated ability to work closely with other departments to improve overall company performance.

• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

• High attention to detail and accuracy in all work.

• Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive financial information.

• Proven ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

• Demonstrated commitment to ongoing detail oriented development.
