    Shift: 8:00-5:00 PM EST Monday through Friday.

     

    Type: 8 Months Contract

    Responsibilities and job duties:

    Embark on title examination adventures, from simple parcels to complex commercial properties

    • Analyze a wide array of records, including mortgages, leases, liens, and more

    • Play detective to resolve missing or contradictory information in title documentation

    • Craft accurate title commitments and reports that stand up to scrutiny

    • Leverage your expertise to provide underwriting interpretations

    • Utilize cutting-edge online research tools to stay ahead of the game

    • You're a self-starter who can hit the ground running.

    • You thrive in a fast-paced environment, juggle multiple projects with ease, and have a knack for solving complex puzzles.

    • Most importantly, you're ready to bring your A-game to a team that values collaboration and expertise.

    Required Qualifications:

    • 3 - 5+ years of Florida Commercial Title Examiner experience (this is crucial!)

    • A superhuman ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

    • An eagle eye for detail and a passion for quality

    • Sherlock Holmes-level analytical and problem-solving skills

    • Top-notch communication skills – you'll be collaborating with a global team

    • Proficiency in MS Office and industry-specific software (Adobe Acrobat, DataTree & Trace, etc.)

    • A dedicated home office space with high-speed internet for our secure VPN

    • Flexibility to work overtime when needed (it's rare, but it happens!)

    • High School Diploma or equivalent

    **Pay Details:** $30.00 per hour
