    FLSA Status: Hourly/Non-Exempt

     

    Pay Rate: $18.04

    SUMMARY:

    Savor/ASM Global, the leader in privately managed public assembly facilities has an immediate opening for a Suite Attendant at accesso ShoWare Center in Kent, Washington. This position performs event driven serving of food and beverages prepared for the accesso ShoWare Center Suites.

    MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

    + Responsible for providing exceptional hospitality to all suite holders and single game renters for all events hosted at access ShoWare Center.

    + Responsible for performing prompt and friendly Customer Service to all accesso ShoWare Center guests.

    + Assist with all catering functions and willingness to perform all positions required (bartender, server, suite runner, suite attendant, etc.).

    + Responsible for the completion of opening and closing duties assigned by the Suites and Catering Manager or Supervisor.

    + Must be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

    + Prepare suites before start of Event ensuring all items are in place and ready for guests’ arrival and ensures suites remain stocked throughout the event.

    + Confirms all items ordered are prepared to standard, delivered, and served timely & accurately.

    + Ensure all local company laws and regulations are being followed, including checking for identification before serving alcohol.

    + Obtains signatures from the suite host for any charges incurred.

    + Completes all closing tasks before departure.

    + Any other duties as assigned.

    KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES:

    + 1 year of experience in food and beverage service (bartender knowledge is preferred but not required)

    + Highly motivated, self-directed, personable, positive, proactive, punctual, and hard working

    + Detail oriented and able to perform independently.

    + Strong communication skills and works well in a team-oriented environment.

    + Must have current and valid food handler’s and mixology permits.

    + Must be able to climb stairs, stand and walk for duration of shift.

    + HS diploma required.

    + Must be 18 years old.

    + Must be able to pass background and credit check.

     

    Employees are eligible to join our 401K after 1 year and 1000 hours of service. Holidays worked are paid at time and a half. Sick Time is accrued at 1 hour for every 30 worked and can be used in 2-hour increments or more. Employees (and family) will be eligible for Medical, Dental & Vision benefits when completing 1560 hours in a 365-day time frame.
