    **Looking for an opportunity to support innovative Biotech projects?** TAI Engineering has an immediate need for an OT Systems Specialist to support ongoing operations through systems administration, installation, upgrades, and technical assistance as it relates to computerized systems and network infrastructure for process automation, QC laboratory and other manufacturing operation systems.

    Here's a taste of what you'll be doing:

    + Perform network administration for NTP, User Administration, and routing on device such as: Autoclaves, Incubators, Freezers, Refrigerators, BMS/BAS Systems, Bioreactors, AHU’s, CIP/SIP Systems, RODI Systems, WFI Systems, Utility Systems, and Fermenters.

    + Create, modify, and deactivate local and/or domain user accounts on OT equipment, including password resets and policy enforcement (e.g. cycle-driven password changes).

    + Perform role modifications for user accounts.

    + Conduct first-level troubleshooting of OT equipment connectivity, escalating issues as needed to appropriate client personnel.

    + Adhere to client quality standards and documentation requirements, including providing the appropriate documentation for any work orders, change controls, deviations, CAPAs, etc. related to the work being performed.

    + Performs installation and updates of virtual machines necessary for maintaining production equipment, laboratory equipment and other auxiliary measurement systems.

    + Traces out and tests copper ethernet and inter modal fiber optic components and devices to locate defective parts using test equipment, schematics, and maintenance manuals.

    + Maintain good working condition of provided network testing equipment.

    + Complete networking, updates, and service work in accordance with in-house procedures or site procedures.

    + Provide technical support for calibration processes and procedures.

    + Create and/or follow Monthly Update Schedules and coordinate scheduling with equipment owners.

    + Assists in qualification of equipment / facilities as needed.

    + PLC/HMI protocol troubleshooting, installation of control system network devices, and setup.

    + Recommend upgrades or best installation practices to existing network infrastructure and controls systems were applicable.

    You'll be a perfect fit if you have:

    + Associates or Bachelor of Science within in Engineering, Information Sciences, or other relevant field of study.

    + Have a minimum of 1 year of experience working as an OT System Technician or Network Specialist within related industry, such as power, chemical, food/beverage, pharmaceutical, and or life sciences.

    + Knowledge of servicing and installing networking and server equipment within manufacturing or industrial site.

    + Experience in User Administration and Domain Integration of process skids.

    + Knowledge of virtual machine software is preferred.

    + Knowledge of performing network assessments of devices, including but not limited to: servers, HMIs, PLCs, VFDs, Remote I/O, routers or switches.

    + Knowledge of designing VLANs and routing.

    + Experienced with creating and implementing Monthly Software Update Schedules.

    + Ability to adhere to client and company directions, policies and standards.

    + Ability to provide superior customer service.

    + Cisco CCNA Industrial certification is preferred, but not required.

    Compensation and benefits offering:

    + Pay: $60k - $90k a year (based on experience)

    + Annual Profit Sharing Bonus (variable depending on firm’s performance, employee performance, and tenure).
