• Front Desk Agent - Part Time 11pm - 7am Shift

    Job Description:

    We are looking for Front Desk Agents.

     

    Shifts available are 11pm to 7am. Must be able to work flexible hours, weekdays, weekends, and holidays.

     

    The Forum is a non-profit, Christian-based organization that provides ministry lodging, conferencing, and office space.

     

    Must be able to do room set up and breakdown.

    Front Desk Agent:

    Responsible for representing the ministry with a positive and professional attitude.

     

    Responsible for taking care of guest requests at the front desk/reception.

     

    High school diploma or general education degree (GED)

     

    Previous front office or hotel experience preferred.

     

    Ability to work with computers.

     

    Ability to perform accurate functions using a calculator.

     

    Ability to communicate, verbally, and in writing, effectively with guests and co-workers; respond to guest requests.

     

    The ability to understand the tasks performed by a telephone operator, a reservation agent, a concierge, and a housekeeper.

     

    Ability to handle cash and credit transactions.

     

    Maintains professionalism at all times, demonstrating courtesy and respect to guests and co-workers.

     

    Ability to multi-task and handle stress in busy seasons.
