Infrastructure Architect – Epic Deployment
+ Installing and managing the application deployment platforms that serve production, reporting, disaster recovery, training , and non‐production needs
+ Installing and maintaining the administrative and monitoring tools necessary for high levels of availability and performance of Epic system
+ Understanding performance metrics, monitoring system performance, and troubleshooting issues
+ Assisting in the configuration and troubleshooting of integrated third party software and peripherals
+ Managing logins for different types of access, including login behavior and working environment configuration
+ Applying platform and Epic upgrades and updates to production and non‐production components
+ Responding to emergency and after‐hours issues
+ Engaging in capacity planning exercises to ensure adequate system resources
+ Collaborating with technical teams and Epic to ensure proactive support
+ Writing and maintaining scripts to improve system management tasks
+ Participating in your change control process for all planned application and technical activities
+ Maintaining and testing processes related to business continuity
+ Following vendor and Epic best practices for hardware and software configuration
+ Providing advanced-level guidance to team members
Education:
Associate Degree w/10+ years job experience or Bachelor Degree w/6+ years job experience
Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Electrical/Computer
**Certification:** Epic ECSA preferred
**Experience:** Technical experience is demonstrated by advanced knowledge in: Citrix, Servers, and preferably Microsoft Azure. Experience providing cost-effective solutions coordinated with multiple entities or multiple teams required. Demonstrated ability to technically contribute as a Technical Lead to strategic and tactical projects. Experience with presentation platforms such as Citrix, VMWare, Azure Virtual Desktop, etc.

+ Physical strength and agility for such activities as moving/installing equipment, to a maximum of 40 lbs. in confined spaces
+ Willingness to stay as long as it takes to resolve critical problems.This is a 7-day by 24-hour requirement.
+ Willingness to travel between local sites
+ Willingness _to carry and maintain provided communications equipment and to be available for on-call support_
