• Sr Planning Analyst

    Key Responsibilities and Duties

    + Provide support to Strategic Workforce Planning Sr. Director to Develop, evaluate and implement, new processes, workflows and systems to support the strategic work, but also the day-to-day business working with different areas across the company

    + Serves as a departmental subject matter expert for workforce planning, budget and forecast

    + Strong financial analytical skills

    + Provide monthly and quarterly trend analyses against established workforce and financial plans.

    + Provide variance analysis for all compensation components (salaries, benefits, variable compensation)

    + Works with HR, Finance and line of business partners during the Workforce Planning cycle to capture and manage information

    + Provide support testing workforce models to forecast future needs and associated costs that are incorporated in our outlooks

    + Provide support for process improvement projects and analytical support to assess and implement strategies to enhance the organizations' ability to provide multi-year workforce forecasts

    + Provide help developing monthly, and ad-hoc reports and presentations to summarize data to different areas in the company

    + Communicate with people at all levels, to gain the voice of the customer, to explain approaches and results.

    + Gather and analyze data, from multiple sources and disparate systems.

    + Workforce planning experience needed

    + Adaptive (Workday Planning Tool) experience preferred

    Educational Requirements

    + University (Degree) Preferred

    Work Experience

    + 5+ Years Required; 7+ Years Preferred
