POSITION SUMMARY

The Project Manager for the Energy Division is responsible for managing smaller projects or a portion of a larger, complex Energy project. The person may manage a team or serve as a project lead and will be responsible for ensuring the project schedule and deadlines are adhered to.

What you’ll do:

+ Develops client relationships by providing project status updates to client and leadership

+ Manages budget reports, cost and revenue projections, change orders, etc. for project

+ Participates in project meetings with internal departments

+ Partners with stakeholders to ensure scope and direction of project is on schedule

+ Develops budget analysis reports, cost and revenue projections, change orders and other reports as necessary

+ Delegates work and serves as mentor to Project Engineers.Provides coaching and performance feedback as necessary

What you’ll need to be successful:

+ Four-year degree in Engineering, or applicable experience

+ Minimum 5 years’ experience in the Project Management space

+ Proven ability to manage small teams

+ Strong negotiation skills

+ Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills

+ Strong financial acumen

+ Excellent project management skills

+ Experience managing subcontractors

+ Strong computer skills, including CADD, ERP and Microsoft Office Products, such as Excel

**Pay:** _Final pay is determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data. For (California) this ranges from $110,000 to $135,000 plus annual incentive, benefits and retirement program as outlined above. _
