Job Summary
The Techno-Functional Manager serves as a strategic liaison between business and technology teams, ensuring the effective implementation, integration, and optimization of enterprise applications and systems. This role combines technical expertise with a deep understanding of business processes to enhance system functionality, improve operational efficiency, and drive system-related initiatives. Responsible for managing system configurations, leading cross-functional projects, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure technology solutions align with business needs.
Essential Functions
+ Leads the implementation, enhancement, and maintenance of enterprise applications, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
+ Performs configurations for SCM modules such as Requisition, Purchasing, Contracts, Receiving, Inventory & Cost Management.
+ Manages supplier master & item master creation and data conversion.
+ Works on IDR and invoice processing issues.
+ Collaborates with business stakeholders to gather requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and oversee system development or configuration.
+ Manages system integrations, data migration efforts, and upgrades to enhance system performance and user experience.
+ Develops and enforces best practices for system use, data integrity, and process efficiency across the organization.
+ Provides guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a collaborative approach to problem-solving and system optimization.
+ Partners with IT, vendors, and external consultants to troubleshoot issues, implement solutions, and ensure system stability.
+ Oversees testing, training, and change management efforts to support successful system implementations and enhancements.
+ Ensures compliance with organizational policies, security standards, and regulatory requirements in all system-related initiatives.
+ Develops reports, dashboards, and analytics tools to support data-driven decision-making.
+ Evaluates emerging technologies and recommends improvements or new solutions to enhance operational efficiency and business processes.
+ Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
+ Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field required
+ 4-6 years of experience in a techno-functional role, integrating business processes with enterprise technology solutions required
+ Experience managing system implementations, upgrades, and integrations across complex environments required
+ Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Finance, Accounting, IT Engineering preferred
+ Prior experience leading cross-functional teams and collaborating with IT and business stakeholders preferred
+ 7-10 Years of any Oracle ERP experience, such as Oracle EBS, Fusion or PeopleSoft etc. preferred
+ 2-5 Oracle Cloud “Requisition, Purchasing, Contracts, Receiving, Inventory & Cost Management experience preferred
+ 2-5 Years of experience in Oracle Fusion General Ledger, OIC preferred
+ Strong SQL and XML working knowledge is preferred
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
+ Strong understanding of enterprise applications, system configurations, and integration methodologies.
+ Ability to analyze business processes and recommend technical solutions to enhance efficiency.
+ Expertise in data management, reporting, and analytics tools.
+ Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives.
+ Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Licenses and Certifications
+ Certified Project Management Professional (PMP)-PMI preferred or
+ Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) preferred
+ Oracle Cloud ERP Certifications preferred
