As part of a Palestine Studies cluster hire, Hunter College is honored to announce its search for two open-rank tenure-line professors, with an expected start date in Fall 2025, in Palestinian studies with one in the social sciences and the other in the humanities, broadly defined.

The duties of the incoming faculty will be research, teaching, and service to the department and college. The incoming colleagues would be ready to develop and teach intellectually and/or creatively challenging courses and engage in collaboration with others across the college. We welcome innovative scholarship and pedagogy that spark our students’ imaginations and understanding of their social worlds.
