    Summary:

    The On Site Coordinator is responsible for health events in the community and corporate setting, coordinates the set up, traffic flow, break down, transports supplies and equipment, collects fees and schedules appointments, acts as liaison between community and health care facilities, coordinates duties of screening team and volunteers and performs other duties as assigned. Required experience includes 1 year community health or 1 year wellness or 1 year health promotion.

     

    **This position will support the BayCare Kids Mobile Medical Clinic with duties including but not limited to:** on-site clinic operations and administration; clinic set-up and break down; conduct team huddle prior to the start of clinic to ensure streamlined patient check-in and flow; review and complete patient paperwork; participate in community outreach efforts; assist with grant reporting; obtain CDL (commercial drivers license); bilingual Spanish/English required.

    + Required - 1 year - Community Health; Or 1 year - Wellness; Or 1 year - Health Promotion

    + Preferred - 3 years - Healthcare

    + Preferred - 3 years - Supervisory Role in a related field

    + Required - Bachelors - Healthcare or Related Field; Preferred - Associates - Nursing

    + Required - BLS (Basic Life Support)

    + Required - Bilingual Spanish/English
