    Bard Manufacturing Company, Inc., a leader in the HVAC industry, has openings for Brake Press Operators at our facility in Madison, GA.

With production facilities in Ohio, Georgia and Mexico, we service our customers both nationwide and internationally by designing and manufacturing cutting-edge engineered products. This is a 2nd SHIFT - 10 hour, 4 day week schedule Monday-Thursday 4:30 PM - 3:30 AM

    Scope and Responsibilities:

    The Brake Press Operator performs repetitive work at a work station, fabricating metal or mechanical components/parts of an HVAC unit.

    Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

    + operation of the specific piece of machinery he/she is operating

    + monitor and responsible for the overall quality of the work being performed

    + perform preventative maintenance on machines

    + ability to use hand or pneumatic power tools

    + performs activities in accordance with the procedures outlined in the work instructions and drawings

    + ability to read and understand drawings/blue prints, as well as read a tape measure and angles.

    + performs other duties as assigned.

    Required Experience:

    The successful candidate will possess the following skills/abilities:

    + High school diploma or GED is required

    + Previous manufacturing experience required.

    + Sheet metal experience is preferred.
