Expected Earnings: $75k - $130K+

We are a fast-growing home improvement company with a proven, repeatable sales process (F7 Sales Process) that helps our sales team close more deals and earn more money. We are looking for a Sales Manager who is passionate about coaching and driving results—not just closing deals themselves.
We provide the training, tools, and support you need to build and lead a high-performing sales team in the in-home sales industry. We value faith, family and focusing on the numbers!
What You’ll Do:
• Coach & Develop Your Sales Team – Train, mentor, and hold reps accountable to our proven F7 Sales Process.
• Drive Performance – Analyze sales metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to help your team close more deals.
• Recruit & Build the Team – Help hire and onboard new sales reps who align with our culture and values.
• Motivate & Lead – Inspire your team with leadership that drives success and keeps them engaged.
• Ensure Sales Excellence – Conduct ride-alongs, role-playing, and weekly training to refine skills and increase close rates.
• Hold Your Team Accountable – Enforce KPIs and ensure every rep is meeting performance expectations.
What We’re Looking For:
• Proven success in sales management or team leadership (home improvement, roofing, HVAC, solar, or similar industry preferred).
• A coach-first mindset – You love developing people and seeing them win.
• Strong leadership skills – You hold your team accountable while keeping them motivated.
• Results-driven mindset – You use data and KPIs to track success and drive improvement.
• High-energy and engaging personality – You inspire confidence and action.
• Experience in in-home or outside sales – You understand the sales process and can train reps to close.
• Familiarity with a structured sales process (like Sandler, Grosso, or our F7 Sales Process) is a plus.

Compensation:
$ Base Salary + Commission on Team Performance
