    AIM is seeking an EISEP (Expanded In-home Services for the Elderly) Caregiver to join our mission-driven organization. Our growing team is offering a great benefits package that includes the following:

    Position Snapshot: The Caregiver is tasked with a wide range of care needs for each Consumer. Each task will be specific to the consumer's care plan and should be followed as stated.

    Essential Functions:

    The goal is to assist people with disabilities in completing daily living activities such as:

    + Grooming

    + Mobility/transfers

    + Dressing

    + Housekeeping

    + Wellness Activities

    + Community Errands

    + Cooking

    + Toileting

    + Hygiene

    Experience and Qualifications:

    + Be at least 18 years of age.

    + Provide complete documentation that supports authorization to work in the USA.

    + Perform tasks as stated on the individual care plan.

    + Willing and able to complete forms including annual health screening, annual TB testing, and any follow-up criminal background checks as needed.

    Physical and Environmental Requirements:

    + Pre-employment physical and TB test.

    + Complete MMR Vaccination (measles, mumps, and rubella) or Titer Evaluation.

    + Ability to effectively interact and work with individuals from diverse backgrounds.

    + Flexibility and ability to manage a complex workload in varied work environments.

    + Willingness to travel to Consumer homes.

    + Willingness and ability to work evenings and weekends as needed.
