    Description

    We’re partnering with a well-established insurance company seeking an experienced Trial Attorney to join its in-house legal team. This is a 100% remote role, but courtroom presence is still key—travel for trials will be required across Southern California (from Orange County to Ventura).

    What they’re looking for:

    • 10+ years of California insurance defense experience

    • Active California Bar license

    • Juris Doctor from a California state accredited or ABA-accredited law school

    • A strong trial record—at least 20 trials, with 5 taken to verdict

    • Experience with high-exposure personal injury defense

     

    You’ll be supported by a dedicated team of associates and staff and could be involved in up to 6 trials per year. This is a rare in-house opportunity for an experienced litigator who enjoys trial work and is looking for the stability and focus of working directly with one client.
