    Multiple time recipient of Inc. 5000 Fastest Growing Companies award, our SF Bay Area home services company Bellows Plumbing, Heating, Cooling & Electrical is searching for a talented Dispatcher to join our North Bay team. *Please note, we will not consider anyone who has not done Dispatching or Admin work before, nor will we consider any candidates with short job tenure, job hoppers need not apply, only those who have a history of staying with companies 3+ years.

     

    Duties: Main responsibilities will be working with our North Bay Ops team to schedule installs and service work, assist with customer service, work with in-field technicians, order material and equipment, help apply for construction permits, and assist with daily operations. Must be able to utilize creative thinking, strategic planning skills and teamwork to ensure a high-level of customer service. The ideal candidate will be able to enthusiastically rise to a challenge and coordinate a complex schedule that is very dynamic and always subject to change.

     

    Company: Centrally located in Marin County our North Bay office provides plumbing, heating and air conditioning repair and replacement service to customers in the Marin and Sonoma Counties.     Qualifications:

    + Must have prior HVAC or Plumbing industry experience

    + Must have excellent communication skills and a happy, friendly demeanor

    + Must have impeccable grammatical skills and strong attention to detail

    + Must have strong numerical/financial aptitude

    + Must have experience with Google Suite and Quickbooks

    + Must be able to handle general office maintenance and administrative duties with grace

    + Ability to interact well and perform as a team player

    Compensation & Benefits:

    + Hourly rate or salary to be discussed during interview, pending your skill level

    + Health, vision and dental insurance after 90-day waiting period for FULL time employees working more than 30 hours a week
