• Project Manager III (non-IT)

    Top 3-5 skills, experience or education required

    1. Project management expertise, including **meeting/event organization** and execution, stakeholder management, collaboration and proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Word, PPT, Excel, Outlook, Teams)

    2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience communicating with senior leaders/executives and large, diverse audiences

    3. Ability to manage multiple, simultaneous projects with a high level of detail across multiple stakeholder groups

    4. Experience with Sharepoint/website design and management (Experience with Adobe Illustrator a plus)

    5. Familiarity with the **drug discovery/development process** and 2+ years’ experience in the pharmaceutical industry

    **Required Education** :

    + Bachelor’s degree (PMP Certification is a plus

    + Number of years of experience required: 5+ years’ experience

     

    Operations Support

    Responsibilities:

    Individual will be responsible for **small and large team meeting planning, scheduling,** facilitation and organization (virtual and in-person events, often for large and/or senior audiences), stakeholder management, collaboration with Business Services Group (BSG) for **event planning and execution** , vendor engagement, and logistical support.

    Skills:

    + Candidate must have excellent oral and written communication skills, including experience communicating with senior leaders.

    + Ideal candidate will be at least moderately proficient with **Adobe Illustrator** or similar design software.

    + Project management and leadership skills are required.

    + Candidate must be proficient in Microsoft Word, PPT, Excel, Outlook and Teams.

    + Should have the ability to troubleshoot and work independently across a broad stakeholder audience including **scientists, physicians, project managers,** senior leaders and executives.

     

    Marketing and Communications Support

    Responsibilities:

    + Candidate will be responsible for drafting key communications for Pathway to Cures initiatives, stakeholder management **across various R&D** and enterprise functions, **sharepoint** site design and management, slide creation and formatting, and collaboration with the Business Services Group (BSG).
