    The Ambulatory Operation Senior FP&A Analyst will be a critical business partner and finance expert for the Ambulatory Operations team. Responsibilities include driving cost savings in clinical operations, providing insight into financial results, identifying and reporting on critical KPIs, evaluating financial impact of new strategies, and preparing annual budgets and quarterly forecasts

    Salary Range: $** **101,147 - $124,947 (Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc.)

    Qualifications

    Education

    Required: Undergraduate Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.

     

    Preferred: N/A

    Experience

    Required: Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in Financial Planning & Analysis roles within a growing

     

    organization.

     

    Preferred: Experience in Healthcare Services or Health Plan industries preferred.

    Special Skills

     

    Required: Advanced experience demonstrating problem solving and root cause analysis.

     

    Exhibit strong personal accountability & attention to detail, strong verbal and written communication skills.

    ever-growing and often ambiguous environment; effective multi-tasking skills are vital.
