Job Summary:

As a **Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)** at Morton Plant Rehab, you will work in collaboration with and under the direct supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN). You will be responsible for delivering **compassionate, evidence-based** patient care, including:

+ Administering medications

+ Providing therapy and interventions

+ Assisting in treatment plans to support patient recovery

+ Ensuring the highest level of **clinical excellence** and patient-centered care

Minimum Qualifications:

Education:

+ **Required:** High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED)

Certifications & Licensure:

+ **Required:** Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) License

+ **Required:** 30-hour IV Certification

+ **Required:** Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification

Experience:

+ **Preferred:** At least **one year** of experience as an LPN

+ **Preferred:** Experience in a **Skilled Nursing Facility, Inpatient Rehab Facility, or Long-Term Acute Care**
