    Overview:

    We are seeking an experienced and dynamic **Workday Professional Services Automation (PSA) Consultant/Lead** to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in implementing and supporting Workday PSA, with a deep understanding of project management, resource management, and financial operations. As a consultant or lead, you will play a pivotal role in delivering successful Workday PSA implementations and providing strategic guidance to clients.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Lead or participate in Workday PSA implementations, including planning, design, configuration, testing, and deployment.

    + Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored Workday PSA solutions.

    + Configure Workday PSA to support project management, resource management, time tracking, billing, and financials.

    + Provide subject matter expertise in PSA best practices, including project accounting and resource utilization.

    + Conduct workshops and training sessions for stakeholders and end-users.

    + Ensure the alignment of Workday PSA with client business processes and reporting requirements.

    + Provide post-go-live support, troubleshooting, and system optimization.

    + Act as a mentor to junior consultants, providing guidance and knowledge sharing.

    + Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Finance, HR, and IT, to ensure successful project delivery.

    Qualifications:

    + Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field.

    + 5+ years of experience with Workday implementations, with a focus on PSA or Workday Financials.

    + Strong understanding of professional services operations, including project management, staffing, and billing.

    + Workday PSA certification or Workday Financials certification (preferred).

    + Proven experience leading Workday projects, managing timelines, and coordinating cross-functional teams.

    + Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

    + Strong client management and communication skills.

    Preferred Skills:

    + Experience in consulting environments, particularly with professional services organizations.

    + Knowledge of integrations with third-party applications, including financial systems and time-tracking tools.

    + Experience with data migration and reporting in Workday.

    + Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
