    Position Purpose

    The Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) Financial Senior Manager will play a critical role in executing and integrating mergers and acquisitions into our finance operating model. This role involves financial due diligence, analysis, integration and collaboration with internal stakeholders to support the decision-making and successful transition as we migrate financial components together in our internal finance operations.

    Essential Responsibilities:

    + Responsible for financial due diligence and financial integration.

    + Ensuring the financials from the acquisition are successfully integrated into financial operation model of TAIT.

    + Integrate M&A transactions into financial forecasts and budgets, ensure alignment with overall business goals and financial targets.

    + Assist with the financial aspects of post-transaction integration and ensure alignment with financial and strategic objectives.

    + Collaborate with internal finance, legal, tax, and operational teams to ensure smooth transaction execution and post-merger integration.

    + Accounting and finance system optimization, opening balance sheet preparation, audit readiness and financial reporting requirements.

    + Support post-closing activities related to the transaction including final purchase price allocations and consideration settlements.

    + Results-driven with a focus on achieving measurable outcomes.

    + Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and precision.

    + Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

    + Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.

    Minimum Qualifications:

    + Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CFA designation preferred.

    + Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in Transaction Advisory firms, public accounting, corporate finance or M&A-related roles.

    + Strong experience in M&A financial due diligence, integration and purchase accounting.

    + Experience in managing due diligence processes and coordinating cross-functional teams.

    + High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

    + Knowledge of legal, regulatory, and accounting considerations related to M&A transactions.

    + Advanced proficiency in Excel for financial modeling and scenario analysis; experience with financial modeling software and tools is a plus.

    + Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking abilities.

    + Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information effectively.
