    Salary: $111,000 - $160,000 per year (Depending on Experience)

PDS Tech Commercial is seeking a skilled **Aircraft Maintenance Manager** to oversee high-impact maintenance operations in **Kansas City, MO** .     What You’ll Do:

    + Oversee **all aspects of aircraft maintenance** , including inspections, preventive maintenance, and alterations.

    + Ensure strict compliance with **FAA regulations** , manufacturer guidelines, and customer requirements.

    + Lead, mentor, and develop a team of maintenance professionals, ensuring top-tier performance and adherence to safety standards.

    + Collaborate with **Quality Control and Engineering teams** to optimize workflow and ensure timely aircraft delivery.

    + Monitor and manage maintenance budgets, labor hours, and resource allocation for efficiency.

    + Serve as a key liaison with customers, providing updates and ensuring their expectations are met.

    + Drive process improvements to enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and improve turnaround times.

    What You Bring:

    Required Qualifications:

    + Minimum **5 years of commercial aircraft maintenance and/or MRO experience** .

    + At least **3 years of aircraft maintenance supervisory experience** .

    + **Airframe or Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) certification** .

    + Strong knowledge of **FAA regulatory requirements** , including FAR Part 121 and 91.

    + Exceptional leadership, communication, and project management skills.

    + Proficiency in **MS Office Suite** and experience with Oracle, AutoTime, and Gateway programs.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    + **Bachelor’s degree** in a related field.

    + Expertise in maintenance scheduling and labor management.

    + Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
