This is an exciting opportunity in Indianapolis for a Finance Intern. Learn more about this role and how you can begin driving your career forward!

Responsibilities:

+ Perform monthly and quarterly financial close tasks.

+ Prepare month-end journal entries.

+ Analyze financial data to assess accuracy and completeness.

+ Generate and interpret financial reports for management.

+ Prepare account reconciliations and resolve reconciling items.

+ Review financial results and investigate variances to forecast.

+ Update and maintain forecast and budget models.

+ Work with cross-functional organizations to complete financial analyses and prepare variance explanations.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

+ Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or equivalent Business field.

+ Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively within teams

+ Ability to provide technical guidance and leadership to professional personnel in area of expertise.

+ Database management skills.

+ Ability to plan, implement, and administer financial information and control systems.

+ Ability to compile, analyze, interpret, and present complex annual financial reports, statements, and/or projections.

+ Ability to prioritize work and ensure all needed tasks are completed within designated timeframes.

+ Curious with the ability to learn and grow.

Must be authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now and in the future
