Description

Seeking a full time (1.0 FTE) Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant to work with collaborative and compassionate group of Caregivers.

Practice Highlights

+ Designated clinic space in a brand-new multi-specialty clinic

+ Clinic hours will be Monday- Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

+ Walk-in and online scheduled appointments

+ 20-25 patients per day; no patient panel

+ Access to resources including Imaging and Lab

+ Epic EHR

Ideal Candidate

+ Board Certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with at least two years of post-training experience in Family Medicine and/or Urgent Care

+ Ability to work independently while being part of a team
