Summary:
Meta is seeking an experienced professional to join our Global Strategic Sourcing team as a Sourcing Manager, focusing on Global Workplace Services. This is a unique opportunity to work with a wide variety of internal teams and impact the company's growth by providing sourcing solutions.As part of the Strategic Sourcing organization within Finance, this team is responsible for end-to-end sourcing, which focuses on three main pillars as part of our Service Model: - Category Management: Developing and executing category strategies to meet business needs - Supplier Management: Building and maintaining strategic relationships with suppliers - Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborating with internal stakeholders to understand their requirements and provide tailored solutionsThis role as Strategic Sourcing Manager - Global Workplace Services will be responsible for sourcing solutions in the areas of Real Estates Leases and Property Management, Workplace Planning Solutions, and a set of Culinary services. You will work closely with business teams to provide Meta with innovative, efficient, sustainable, and high-value third-party solutions.This position will be supporting global projects, and may require international travel.

Strategic Sourcing Manager - Global Workplace Services Responsibilities:
1. Develop collaborative relationships with key stakeholders across Meta to strategically develop, implement, and optimize sourcing solutions
2. Become a strategic and trusted Sourcing Business Partner by developing comprehensive category strategies, bringing key industry insights, and addressing supply chain and supply market opportunities
3. Build and cultivate strategic relationships with key suppliers through a structured Supplier Relationship Program
4. Lead contract negotiations that optimize value to the company
5. Manage sourcing documents, contracts, statements of work, and related procurement documents
6. Actively identify, track, and manage issues and risks for projects and categories
7. Establish sustainable and collaborative relationships with Strategic Sourcing Category Teams, Contract Management Teams, Procurement Operations Teams, and Procure to Pay to develop sound operational processes
8. Understand and apply policies, standards, and practices established across the end-to-end Source to Pay journey
9. Manage, coordinate, and support special and complex projects
10. Balance business requirements versus technical constraints and maximize business benefits
11. Manage data through various sources and adopt technology to support strategic work
Minimum Qualifications:

12. Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, supply chain, procurement, finance, management, or a related discipline
13. 8+ years of experience in Sourcing & Procurement for Real Estates Leases and Property Management, Facilities services, and Culinary sourcing solutions
14. Demonstrated experience to manage global categories and multiple stakeholders across different regions
15. Proven success in sourcing, negotiating, and delivering complex projects with negotiation skills in both financial and business matters
16. Experience in negotiating, breaking down cost models, and understanding the drivers of ROI
17. Skilled in utilizing quantitative data analysis, industry trends, and internal spend data to create strategies and identify optimization opportunities
18. Established track record of implementing category, strategic sourcing, and process improvement initiatives
19. History of building and maintaining strategic relationships with business leaders and supplier executives to achieve business goals
20. Experience managing and influencing multiple stakeholders and XFNs towards Sourcing goals
21. Previous experience driving change, managing conflict, unifying diverse perspectives, decision-making, securing support, and building consensus to achieve goals
22. Knowledge of legal, financial, and technology components of sourcing
23. Experienced in implementing and driving supplier management

25. Demonstrated experience in analytical and critical thinking skills, with experience in applying these skills to resolve issues and opportunities strategically
26. Experience working with technology and AI in Sourcing, including applying these tools to improve processes and outcomes
Public Compensation:
$111,000/year to $162,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
