This manager should bring strategic thinking, experience in leveraging AI in operations, a passion for people management, and experience to build and develop leaders on their team and scale teams to the opportunities ahead. A successful candidate will have the experience to use these skills along with effective judgment to juggle multiple priorities and make impact in this critical area of our business.

    Required Skills:

    Manager, HR Solutions Management Responsibilities:

    1. Develop and execute strategies to leverage AI for streamlining and optimizing operational processes.

    2. Establish a shared vision across the teams by building consensus on priorities leading to successful automation in support Operational effectiveness.

    3. Drive product development in collaboration with a team of engineers and designers to design, develop, and implement AI-based solutions where appropriate

    4. Partner with key stakeholders across business units to understand operational challenges and translate them into AI-enabled solutions.

    5. Build strategic relationships with global and cross-functional teams to understand and anticipate risks to the company and develop global solutions for providing people services.

    6. Manage and grow a team of Solution leads, while also expanding existing automation opportunities.

    7. Deliver practical and forward-looking leadership to your team, enhance and develop team collaboration and commitment to impact

    8. Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of individual products and the product area.

    9. Maximize efficiency in a constantly evolving environment where the process is fluid and innovative solutions are the norm.

    Minimum Qualifications:

    Minimum Qualifications:

    10. 12+ years of experience in operations management, with at least 3 years of experience leveraging AI in an operational context.

    11. Experience of AI/ML technologies and their application in operations.

    12. Experience in industries where AI has transformed operations (e.g., HR, customer service).

    13. Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams to deliver successful AI-led projects.

    14. 5+ years of people management experience

    15. Experience in hiring and growing teams of Solution leads.

    16. Communication and presentation skills.

    17. Analytical and proven experience solving problems using data to help drive operational effectiveness and program precision.

    18. Demonstrated experience influencing the technology landscape.

    19. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management or any related field

    Public Compensation:

    $177,000/year to $246,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
