Job Summary:

Lakeview Hospital is seeking an Orthopedic Surgeon specializing in foot and ankle to join an established private practice in Bountiful, Utah.

Qualified Candidates:

+ Board certified or board eligible

+ Eligible for Utah licensure

+ Completion of Orthopedic Surgery Residency and Foot and Ankle Fellowship

+ Join existing group of 10 orthopedic surgeons, including one existing Orthopedic Foot and Ankle Surgeon

+ Thriving private practice with supportive leadership and staff
