    * Friday - Sunday 7am to 730pm and Every Other Monday *

    + 10% Shift Differential

    Position Summary:

    As a Facility Technician I, you will maintain, clean and sanitize facility as directed. Maintain and clean grounds as directed. Pick-up and throw away the facility trash. Recycle waste as directed. Maintain facility cleaning equipment. Run errands as directed. Assist Facility Manager and Facility Mechanic as directed. Take work direction from Facility Manager.

    Position Responsibilities:

    • Maintain clean and sanitary bathrooms • Clean the Administration area • Clean the floors and have working knowledge of the floor scrubber • Clean the windows • Clean the Break room • Clean the warehouse • Pick-up and throw away the facility trash • Pick-up trash around the facility inside and outside • Preform facilities tasks (cleaning filters, replace light bulbs, ext.) • Able to do basic trouble shooting • Possess a driver’s license and it willing to run errands for Vitality Works • Willing to help the Facility manager and the maintenance mechanic

    Qualifications

    Skills & Requirements:

    • High school diploma or equivalent • Prior fast paced warehouse experience • Housekeeping • Working knowledge of HVAC filter changes • Ability to and willing to clean bathrooms • Ability to trouble shoot basic equipment • Working knowledge of drainage systems

    Physical Demands & Working Conditions:

    • Ability to lift 50lbs on occasions may be required • Position will require some walking, lifting, standing and sitting
