Description

We are seeking a Sr. Consultant to join our client's team within the Consulting industry, located in Montgomery County, Pennsylvania. As a Sr. Consultant, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our client service teams, assisting entrepreneurs and business owners in achieving their financial goals through growth, transition, and retirement.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality services, including preparations, compilations, and reviews, ensuring accuracy and quality.

• Assist in entity setup and restructuring, budgeting/forecasting, capital transactions, and financial analysis as part of our advisory services.

• Develop a comprehensive understanding of client operations and processes to provide practical advice and solutions.

• Take an active role in the development and mentorship of entry-level staff members, fostering their skill growth.

• Maintain enduring relationships with clients, acting as a dependable point of contact for their inquiries.

• Identify opportunities for service improvement and assist in expanding our client base.

• Apply your knowledge in Account Reconciliation, Balance Sheet Reconciliation, Bank Reconciliations, General Ledger, Journal Entries, and Microsoft Excel to ensure efficient operations.

• Use your experience in Complex Tax Return, Estate Tax, Gift tax, High-net-worth individual, and Mergers & Acquisitions (M& A) to provide expert advice and guidance.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the Public Accounting or Financial Services industries as a Sr. Consultant or similar role specializing in small-mid-sized businesses.

• Proven competence in Account Reconciliation tasks.

• Demonstrated ability in Balance Sheet Reconciliation.

• Experience in performing Bank Reconciliations.

• Proficiency in managing General Ledger activities.

• Skilled in creating and managing Journal Entries.

• Extensive knowledge and practical application of Microsoft Excel.

• Experience in executing Month End Close procedures.

• Proven experience in handling Complex Tax Return operations.

• Familiarity with Estate Tax procedures.

• Knowledge of Gift Tax regulations.

• Experience servicing High-net-worth individuals.

• Familiarity with Mergers & Acquisitions (M& A) processes and regulations.
