Primary Responsibilities:

+ Develops and implements opportunities for community development, academic and personal growth for students in residence.

+ Coordinates all levels of staff training and development and encourages professional development opportunities.

+ Coordinates staff recruitment, selection, and evaluation processes.

+ Supervises matters related to human resources for represented student employees, including staff disciplinary action and termination.

+ Oversees the Faculty-In-Residence program, neighborhood hall councils, and residential curriculum.

Required Skills

Master's degree required with eight years of experience
