Mountain Ltd. has an opening for a Utility Administrator working in the Georgetown, TX area.

Specialties include OSP/ISP engineering, design, permitting, right-of-way and CAD for traditional and wireless telecommunications companies.

Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Utility Administrator to support utility permitting and project coordination. This role requires strong organizational skills, excellent tracking abilities, and the ability to work collaboratively across teams. A background in permitting is required, engineering and/or construction experience is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Coordinate and track utility permits and joint use applications, ensuring timely submission and approvals.

+ Maintain accurate records of permit statuses, deadlines, and project requirements.

+ Communicate with municipalities, utility companies, and internal teams regarding permit requirements and project updates.

+ Assist with documentation, including permit applications, site plans, and compliance reports.

+ Ensure adherence to local, state, and federal regulations for utility projects.

+ Organize and maintain databases, spreadsheets, and project files for efficient record-keeping.

Qualifications:

+ Experience in permitting is required; background in engineering or construction is a plus.

+ Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

+ Excellent tracking and record-keeping abilities.

+ Effective communication skills for coordinating with various teams and external agencies.

+ Ability to work independently while ensuring deadlines and project requirements are met.
