Responsibilities
Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for healthcare finance and quality improvement? Then join our team as a Reimbursement Incentive Manager and play a pivotal role in optimizing our incentive programs and driving financial success. You will leverage your deep understanding of state and federal reimbursement programs, coupled with your exceptional analytical and collaborative skills, to drive accurate clinical outcomes for incentive payments.
Position Highlights
*Plan, coordinate, and execute incentive programs that motivate providers and drive measurable improvements in clinical outcomes and reimbursement revenue.
*Set and track clear, measurable objectives, implementing strategic initiatives to optimize reimbursement from payers and ensure maximum revenue capture.
*Stay ahead of evolving healthcare regulations, ensuring all operations and processes adhere to federal and state guidelines, mitigating compliance risks, and maintaining accurate documentation.
*Analyze large datasets related to reimbursement, claims, and payer behavior, identifying trends and patterns to inform strategic decision-making and drive performance improvements.
*Build strong relationships with finance, billing, coding, and clinical operations teams, collaborating to develop and implement integrated reimbursement strategies.
Qualifications
*Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or Healthcare Administration: A relevant bachelor's degree is preferred.
*Three+ years of experience in Reimbursement or Healthcare Finance.
*Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving skills to analyze data, identify trends, and solve problems is critical.
*Effective communication and interpersonal skills are necessary to collaborate with cross-functional teams and engage stakeholders.
*Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is required.
*Knowledge of reimbursement regulations.

Restrictions apply based on collective bargaining agreements, applicable state law and factors such as pay classification, job grade, location, and length of service.
Posted Salary Range
USD $90,000.00 - USD $95,000.00 /Yr.
