Salary- $210k-$225k/yr

We are seeking a skilled Test Engineer with expertise in automated testing and experience working on government projects. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and execute automated test frameworks to ensure the quality and reliability of software systems. This role requires a deep understanding of testing methodologies, automation tools, and compliance with government standards.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks.

+ Collaborate with development teams to understand system requirements and create comprehensive test plans.

+ Execute automated and manual tests to identify software defects and ensure functionality.

+ Document and track bugs, and work closely with developers to resolve issues.

+ Perform regression testing and ensure compliance with government regulations and standards.

+ Stay updated on the latest testing tools and methodologies to enhance testing efficiency.

+ Provide detailed test reports and metrics to stakeholders.

Qualifications:

+ Proven experience in automated testing using tools like Selenium, JUnit, or similar.

+ Familiarity with government compliance standards (e.g., FISMA, NIST).

+ Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.

+ Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#.

+ Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

+ Strong communication skills to liaise with cross-functional teams.
