    In conjunction with the Behaviorist Supervisor, the BCBA plans and provides behavior management programs for youth enrolled in the program. Provides related services to administrators, staff, parents, and the community as appropriate. Actively participates in the development and implementation of policies relative to the management of problematic behaviors. Identifies target behavior, conducts the Functional Behavioral Assessment as well as the plan development. Obtains all approvals and consents for the behavior plan. Monitors all plans, supervises all documentation, and is responsible for all training of staff involved in behavior plans.

     

    Hours

     

    Position is part-time with a flexible work schedule.

    Education/Experience:

    Master’s Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Social Work, or Special Education and BCBA certification. Three years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities involving behavior modifications. Prior experience developing, analyzing and implementing Functional Behavior Assessments and Behavioral Support Plans along with the data that supports the plan.
