    Overview

    Devis is seeking a Support Services Senior Action Officer/Program Manager  to join our team in support of the Defense Health Agency Business Operations and Executive Support Services contract. The successful candidate will provide expert program management support to the Risk Management Executive Division (RMED), focusing on cybersecurity policy, business processes, and governance activities to maintain the DHA Cybersecurity Program. This role is contingent upon award and is on site in Fall Church.

    Primary Duties

    + Organize, direct, and manage contract operation support functions involving complex cybersecurity policy tasks

    + Develop and maintain policy proposals and program documents

    + Maintain and manage client interface at senior levels of the organization

    + Meet with customer and contractor personnel to formulate and review task plans and deliverables

    + Ensure conformance with program task schedules

    + Support establishment and maintenance of cybersecurity business processes

    + Assist with policy development, training resources, and governance frameworks

    + Contribute to decision-making regarding funding profiles for the agency's cybersecurity program

    Required Qualifications

    + Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related field

    + Minimum of 5 years of consulting and/or directly relevant industry experience

    + Familiarity of the DoD and the Defense Health Agency is highly desired

    + Experience organizing and managing contract support functions

    + Knowledge in policy proposals and program documents development

    + Ability to maintain client relationships at senior organizational levels

    + Experience formulating task plans and ensuring schedule compliance

    + Understanding of cybersecurity requirements and risk management practices

    + Strong communication and analytical skills

    Preferred Qualifications

    + Master's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Assurance, or related field

    + Industry certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CAP

    + Experience with DoD Risk Management Framework (RMF)

    + Knowledge of NIST cybersecurity standards and frameworks

    + Background in healthcare information security compliance (HIPAA)

    + Experience with cybersecurity governance and policy development

    + Knowledge of federal information security requirements and regulations

    + Experience with cybersecurity assessment and authorization processes

    Clearance

    + Active Secret Security Clearance

     

    Salary Range

     

    $115,000 - $125,000
