Required Skills:
Project Manager, Content and Integrity Operations Responsibilities:
1. Deeply understand the architecture and integration points of Meta’s community support processes, products and policies.
2. Analyze complex support flows and provide recommendations for process, policy and product improvements.
3. Track and analyze key operational metrics to deeply understand the support ecosystem and help determine where to focus optimization efforts.
4. Work with cross-functional partners to improve the community support experience on our existing suite of products.
5. Partner with regional teams to develop scalable solutions to support Facebook's global user base.
6. Use problem solving skills to resolve large and complex business problems.
7. This role may involve exposure to potentially graphic and/or objectionable content including but not limited to graphic images, videos, audio and writings, offensive or derogatory language, and other potential objectionable material, i.e child exploitation, graphic violence, self-injury, animal abuse, and other content which may be considered offensive or disturbing.

8. Requires a Bachelor's degree (or foreign degree equivalent) in Business Administration, Operations, or similar field , and 2 years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation.
9. Requires 2 years of experience in the following:
10. 1. Initiating and driving projects to completion with minimal guidance
11. 2. Business process analysis
12. 3. Communicating results of technical analyses with non-technical partners and leadership teams to influence the strategy of those teams
13. 4. Working in an Operations, Policy, Trust & Safety, Legal, Project Management, or equivalent team
14. 5. SQL & data visualization tools (PowerBI, SQL, Tableau, etc).
Public Compensation:
$111,393/year to $125,400/year + bonus + equity + benefits
