    Required Skills:

    Data Engineering Manager Responsibilities:

    1. Manage a team of data engineers and provide leadership, mentoring, and coaching to help them achieve their career goals.

    2. Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand the privacy consent and deletion requirements and translate them into data engineering solutions.

    3. Define and prioritize data engineering project roadmaps and ensure timely delivery of high-quality data products.

    4. Design and implement scalable data architectures that enable efficient processing, storage, and analysis of privacy consent and deletion data.

    5. Develop data quality metrics and monitoring processes to ensure the accuracy and completeness of privacy consent and deletion data.

    6. Collaborate with data scientists to develop analytical models and dashboards that provide insights into privacy consent and deletion trends and help identify areas for improvement.

    7. Implement data deletion frameworks that ensure the proper removal of non-compliant data usage.

    8. Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and best practices in data engineering, privacy, and compliance.

    9. Contribute to the development of data engineering standards, policies, and procedures.

    10. Participate in the hiring and onboarding of new data engineers.

    Minimum Qualifications:

    11. Requires a Bachelor's degree (or foreign degree equivalent) in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field and 5 years of progressive, post- baccalaureate experience in the job offered or related occupation.

    12. Requires 60 months of progressive post-baccalaureate experience involving the following skills:

    13. 1. Performing analytics and data management using SAS

    14. 2. Designing and developing SAS programs

    15. 3. ETL processes

    16. 4. Building data validation framework

    17. 5. Building data analytics pipeline

    18. 6. Oracle and Hadoop

    19. 7. Unix/Linux

    20. 8. R and Python

    21. 9. Shell Scripts

    22. 10. SQL

    23. 11. Preparing test plans & test scripts.

    Public Compensation:

    $241,868/year to $279,400/year + bonus + equity + benefits
