    Are you a paramedic looking to expand your skills beyond pre-hospital care? Our Cath Lab Tech Internship is designed to transition experienced paramedics into the exciting and high-demand field of interventional cardiology. This structured program will provide hands-on training in cardiac catheterization procedures, hemodynamic monitoring, and fluoroscopy-assisted interventions.

     

    Who Should Apply?

     

    • Certified Paramedics with at least 2 years of experience

    • Strong understanding of EKGs, hemodynamics, and emergency procedures.

    • Passion for critical care and cardiac intervention.

    • Eager to learn and transition into a hospital-based role.

    What You’ll Learn & Do:

    + Assist in cardiac catheterization and vascular procedures.

    + Monitor patients’ hemodynamic status during interventions.

    + Operate and maintain specialized Cath Lab equipment.

    + Work closely with nurses, technologists, and physicians in a collaborative setting.

    Requirements:

    + Associate degree is required

    + Active Paramedics license for the state of Florida is required

    + Active BLS is required
