Job Title: Machine Operator

Pay Range: 19-24/hr.

Immediate need for an experienced Machine Operator with a High-Speed Manufacturing background. 1st shift, company paid benefits, matching 401k, etc.

The Machine Operator is responsible for high quality and timely production of single-serve coffee products, general machine maintenance, cleaning and oversight of equipment, and constant quality control monitoring and documentation. The Machine Operator will prepare the machine and complete paperwork for each production run, oversee that the work is completed properly and on time, and report feedback regarding performance of all aspects of the machine. Ensure target weight of all cups are within the given spec. Communicate with team members in a direct manner to ensure clear instruction and proficient productivity throughout the shift. Other duties include: quality assurance, quality control, and any other work as assigned.This position reports directly to the Production Manager.

What we EXPECT of you

+ Responsible for pre-work machine inspection, set-up, and on-time start.

+ Daily machine calibration, quality analysis and control, and MRP data entry

+ Machine operation and constant monitoring of the machine for any mechanical issues and/or product variations.

+ Completing the production run according to the daily schedule. Meeting or exceeding the established production standards. Accurately completing post run production logs.

+ Proper shutdown and cleaning of the machine and production area.

+ Following all company policies, procedures, safety requirements, and value systems.

What We Require

+ Ability to perform in a FAST PACED & MULTI-TASKING work environment.

+ High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.

+ Physical demands:Lifting up to 30lbs regularly and team lifting up to 50 pounds, in addition to standing for extended periods of time, reaching, and crouching.

+ Consistently provide high quality results while multitasking.

+ Strong time management skills, able to be on time and use work time effectively.

+ Strong communication skills, including the ability to develop and maintain quality relationships with teammates and management.

+ Enthusiasm and the ability to achieve goals within a supportive team framework.
