    The Alaka`ina Foundation Family of Companies (FOCs) is looking for an Operations Specialist II to provide research support administration services for our government customer in San Antonio, TX.

    DESCRIPTION OF RESPONSIBILITIES:

    + Provide services to support security management tasks such as process visitor passes and maintain securing program tasks for facilities, systems, personnel and contractors.

    + Provide services to support facility management tasks such as coordinating command needs with the necessary review and approval authorities.

    + Provide services to support training management tasks such as monitoring the assignment and completion of training requirements for all personnel and contractors.

    + Assist safety officer with the safety of employees pertaining to designing, modifying, and maintaining the chemical hygiene program

    + Other duties as assigned by Supervisor.

    REQUIRED DEGREE/EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION:

    + Minimum of bachelor’s degree

    REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

    + Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience.

    REQUIRED CITIZENSHIP AND CLEARANCE:

    + Must be a U.S. Citizen

    + Must be able to obtain a Common Access Card (CAC)
