SOL Engineering is seeking qualified candidates for the following to join our team in Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands. These roles are critical in ensuring our standards of excellence are met and maintained.

Quality Assurance Representative I

Job Responsibilities

+ Conduct basic inspections and quality checks on products and services.

+ Assist in documenting and reporting quality issues.

+ Support the development and implementation of quality control processes.

+ Participate in training sessions to learn best practices and company standards.

+ Collaborate with team members to promote a culture of quality.

Key Qualifications:

+ High School diploma or equivalent; some college coursework in a related field preferred.

+ Must have a minimum of five years of experience in construction and one to five years of experience in heavy civil or vertical construction projects.

+ Shall be physically capable of walking over rough terrain and standing for long periods of time.

+ Bilingual (Spanish and English) required.

Quality Assurance Representative II

Job Responsibilities

+ Conduct thorough inspections and quality checks on products and services.

+ Document and report quality issues, defects, and discrepancies.

+ Support the development and implementation of quality control processes.

+ Perform regular audits and assessments to identify areas of improvement.

+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality standards are met.

Key Qualifications:

+ Bachelor's degree in Quality Assurance, Engineering, or related field.

+ Must have a minimum of seven years of experience in construction and six or more years of experience in heavy civil or vertical construction projects.

+ Shall be physically capable of walking over rough terrain and standing for long periods of time.

+ Bilingual (Spanish and English) required.

Quality Assurance Representative III

Job Responsibilities

+ Lead comprehensive inspections and quality checks on products and services.

+ Develop and implement advanced quality control processes and procedures.

+ Conduct in-depth audits and assessments to drive continuous improvement.

+ Mentor and train Quality Assurance Representatives I and II.

+ Collaborate with senior management and cross-functional teams to strategize quality initiatives.

+ Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies.

Key Qualifications:

+ Bachelor's degree in Quality Assurance, Engineering, or related field.

+ Must have a minimum of ten years of experience in construction and seven or more years of experience in heavy civil or vertical construction projects.

+ Shall be physically capable of walking over rough terrain and standing for long periods of time.

+ Bilingual (Spanish and English) required.

+ Open to candidates from Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands only.
