    Position Responsibilities:

    + The Assistant General Manager will help manage a multi-temperature, tech-driven, customer-focused warehouse and must be willing to relocate for career advancement within Martin Brower

    + As a Assistant General Manager, you will ensure a safe, compliant, and high-quality working environment for all employees in a 24/7 warehouse

    + You will provide leadership to the Transportation and Warehouse Managers, fostering high employee morale and engagement

    + You will achieve annual performance goals by executing company processes effectively and participating in budget and P&L development

    + You will solve problems promptly to maximize customer satisfaction and contribute to strategic facility initiatives and committees

    + You will present at customer and employee meetings, and champion change to drive facility improvements

    + Other duties as assigned

    Required Education and Experience:

    + Bachelor’s Degree with 7 plus years of related experience and 4 plus years of management experience or High School Diploma with 10 plus years of specific experience and 5 plus years of management experience

    Preferred Education and Experience:

    + Master’s Degree
