Business Analyst - Business Architect

This role is local to Stamford -CT and will require 3 days in office every week.

As Business architect, you should be able to;

• Develop and implement ML / AI solutions for Telecommunications , specifically for the Customer Services function.

• Understanding the concept of personalization.

Understand business process and business requirements of the customers and translating them to requirements artifacts such as BRD/Functional spec/Use stories.
