    **DRS Marlo Coil** manufactures robust heat transfer, refrigeration, and air handling equipment for industrial, commercial, utility and marine markets. Our custom engineered heat transfer solutions are used in a variety of configurations to cool, heat, and dehumidify air streams for process and building comfort.     Job Summary

    Join our IT group in High Ridge, MO! This is a paid summer college intern opportunity in our IT organization. IT interns work closely with and assist staff with various assignments. The summer intern program consists of real-world experience in a career development environment.

    Job Responsibilities

    + Support and maintain in-house computer systems, desktops, and peripherals

    + Troubleshoot problem areas in a timely and accurate fashion, and provide end user training and assistance where required

    + Gain understanding of IT methods, programs and practices via guidance from mentor(s), supervisor and interaction with other employees/co-workers

    + Perform other duties and assists in assigned projects

    + Establishes learning and development goals with mentor or supervisor approval

    Qualifications

    + Current accredited college or university enrollment; making progress towards an associates or undergraduate degree in the relevant field

    + Grade point average of 3.0 or above

    + Understanding of current principles and practices of IT support and ability to work closely with users and other IT professionals to identify, analyze and resolve system problems

    + Ability to work independently as well as cooperatively in a team-oriented environment

    + Ability to successfully interact with other IT professionals and end-users

    + Candidates must be a US citizen and meet DRS security standards as imposed by DoD, including the issuance of any necessary security clearance by the US government within a reasonable time after commencement of employment
