ManTech seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented **Program Management Analyst, Journeyman** to join our team in **New Bern, NC - Marine Corp Air Station (MCAS), Cherry Point, NC** . This position is onsite.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
+ Responsible for performing program, technical, or business analysis of major DoD acquisition systems, providing recommendations to the client
+ Providing analysis across a variety of areas within the program
+ Participate in or provide support to the Program and Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) to which they are assigned
+ Collect, complete, organize, and interpret technical and financial data as it relates to acquisition and program activities
+ Tracking program and project status and schedules, applying policies and procedures for financial planning
+ This position requires significant travel to Camp LeJeune and Cherry Point – up to 50%
Basic Qualifications:
+ A Bachelor of Science (BA) or Bachelor of Art (BA) in Business, Management, Technical, or Scientific, OR, equivalent years of experience and education may be substituted in lieu of degree
+ 4+ years of recent experience in program management, technical or business analysis discipline, with (2) of those four years of experience in technical efforts supporting major weapon systems and components development
+ Experience processing program acquisition, funding, and contract documentation for military programs
+ Experience in program/project management support, earned value management, and schedule
+ Experience working in Microsoft applications, specifically Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and Word
+ Experience updating/maintaining project schedules using MS Project or other standard scheduling software
Clearance Requirements:
+ US Citizenship is required and must hold interim secret or the ability to obtain.
Physical Requirements:
+ Tasking is primarily computer based.
+ The person in this position must be able to operate and perform tasking on a PC.
+ Must be able to effectively communicate with co-workers, Customers, and management through email, phone, and other virtual communication methods (e.g. TEAMS).
