    The Opportunity:

    The TCS team is looking for a Systems Engineer to work on Enterprise Cross Domain Systems and associated projects. These systems provide reliable data transfers between domains for general users and programs. In this role, you will be responsible for the design, implementation, and maintenance of our critical systems and infrastructure. You will work on a variety of projects, including virtualization, security hardening, Linux system administration, and network configuration. We need a problem-solver who can ensure our systems are reliable, secure, and performant.

    Responsibilities:

    + Design, build, and configure Linux-based systems to meet specific project requirements.

    + Implement and manage VMware virtualization environments, including vSphere and ESXi.

    + Perform Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIGs) hardening on systems and applications.

    + Troubleshoot and resolve complex system and network issues.

    + Develop and maintain system documentation and diagrams.

    + Collaborate with other engineers and stakeholders to implement and maintain infrastructure solutions.

    + Monitor system performance and implement proactive measures to ensure optimal uptime.

    + Assist in the planning and execution of system upgrades and migrations.

    + Maintain and improve existing automation scripts for system administration.

    + Gain and maintain a strong understanding of network principles

    Qualifications:

    _Required:_

    + 4-6 years of relevant experience.

    + Bachelor’s Degree in a Technical field (i.e. Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science)

    + DoD 8140.01 / DoD 8570.01-M.IAT Level II Certification

    + Active TS/SCI Clearance (must obtain a CI Poly within 6 months of start date) (US Citizenship required)

    The proposed salary range for this position is:

    $74,600-$156,700
