Our client, an esteemed player in the industrial sector, is seeking a Packing, Quality Control, Assembly, General Laborer Light to join their team. You will be part of the operations supporting a dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong teamwork skills, a proactive attitude, and a commitment to safety, which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Packaging Roles Nights 10-12 hours

**Location:** Springfield, MO

**Pay Range:** $17 Days and $18 Nights

What's the Job?

+ The person hired for the position of Production Operator will be responsible for producing and assembling products

+ They operate and maintain machinery, ensure production standards are met, finalize products, and prepare them for shipping

+ Observing all safety procedures, maintain a clean and safe work area

+ Applying quality instructions & specifications

+ Monitoring the production or packing operation to ensure quality objectives are met

+ Loading/unloading material into & from equipment

+ Working as a team member through sharing information, problem solving & assisting others

+ Understanding and following all safety policies and procedures

+ Following process standards to ensure quality product is produced

+ Performing data entry and recording required tests and adjusting processes as necessary to meet quality specifications

+ Maintaining excellent housekeeping

What's Needed?

+ Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a production machine operator role.

+ High School diploma or GED.

+ Attention to Detail, Quality Control

+ Ability to communicate effectively in English (speak, read, write).

+ Strong teamwork skills and a positive attitude.

+ Willingness to undergo background screening and drug testing.
