Job Description:

Position Title: Director or Assistant Athletics Director/Compliance and Financial Aid

Position Duties and Responsibilities:

+ Oversight of all NCAA Compliance activities for 20 varsity sports

+ Responsible for providing a comprehensive NCAA rules education program that evolves annually to assist coaches and administrators

+ Provides guidance on Name, Image and Likeness (NIL) initiatives based on local, state, national laws and NCAA recommendations

+ Responsible for tracking and managing all NCAA, Conference and University attestation requirements

+ Lead administrator for the ARMS compliance software to guide coaches and administrators through the recruiting, admissions and financial aid review process along with additional administrative workflows

+ Management of the athletics scholarship award process

+ Liaison with financial aid office for all student-athlete aid agreements

+ Other administrative duties as assigned

Education:

+ Bachelor’s required.

+ Master’s degree preferred

Experience:

2+ years of professional experience in athletics compliance with a comprehensive knowledge of NCAA rules and regulations
